Serena Maxwell

Paralegal

Serena graduated with honors from Montana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature. She was an intern at the United States Senate Finance Committee during her time at Montana State University. She relocated to San Diego in 2007 and attended the University of San Diego’s American Bar Association approved Paralegal Program.  Since 2007, Serena has been assisting clients as a paralegal with a variety of family matters, including mediation, post judgment matters and litigated cases.  Serena recently decided to continue her educational journey and is attending law school.  She hopes to someday practice law using her years of experience as a paralegal to further assist her with helping clients.

Serena understands the difficult situation that clients are going through during their family law matter. She strives to provide her clients with compassion and understanding throughout their case.  She works hard to achieve her clients’ goals and is always available to assist them with their various needs.

In her free time, Serena enjoys golfing, scuba diving and camping.   She is an active board member in her sorority’s alumnae San Diego Chapter of Chi Omega, and is also an advisor at-large for the active chapter of Chi Omega at UCSD.
